Spiritual growth

I need to have a great desire to grow spiritually.  I haven't fed it as I've struggled with death, my health, my history, my family, so I hope to get closer to Him.  No more excusesI want and need to do the following:
Church get ready 2 hours prior and get there 1/2 hour before
Prayers
Journal
Scripture
Ensign
Visit teaching
Sunday school lesson
Relief Society Lesson
Young Woman Medallion
Family History
Temple Attendance
